We have used Tom and Pat for the sale/purchase of 2 prior homes. Our daughter also used them to purchase/sell their home(s). Tom and Pat are a wonderful balance of talents as a team. Tom brings INDEPTH experience identifying, analyzing and negotiating a property's value. He is proficient at reading a situation and assiting his client(s) (whether it be a buyer or seller) how to navigate the real estate process and market. Pat is always on top of "the details" that includes coordinating all the players involved with the process, making sure paperwork is pinned down and processed properly. She has a proficient knowledge of the paperwork involved to masterfully explain complicated wording in a way that a novice buyer/seller would understand clearly.
