We have used Tom and Pat for the sale/purchase of 2 prior homes. Our daughter also used them to purchase/sell their home(s). Tom and Pat are a wonderful balance of talents as a team. Tom brings INDEPTH experience identifying, analyzing and negotiating a property's value. He is proficient at reading a situation and assiting his client(s) (whether it be a buyer or seller) how to navigate the real estate process and market. Pat is always on top of "the details" that includes coordinating all the players involved with the process, making sure paperwork is pinned down and processed properly. She has a proficient knowledge of the paperwork involved to masterfully explain complicated wording in a way that a novice buyer/seller would understand clearly. They both make you feel like YOU are their main focus.

Tom and Pat truly cared about getting me in the house I was meant to end up in. Every step of the process with them they were by my side explaining things and offering their thoughts and guidance on what to look out for, what to avoid, what would appreciate in value and what would drive me crazy.
I was especially moved when (after we found The House but going over the contract started to feel overwhelming) I started to have a panic attack, and Pat stopped the process and let me know that I could text her to continue IF and when I wanted to continue. She didn't try to keep us going to make the sale, she just looked out for me.
In the same way, we found out late in the process that some info about the house had been misrepresented – not only is that tough during a stressful time, but it made me worry that I wouldn't have picked that house, but Tom really went to bat for me to make sure I was treated fairly and went above and beyond to fix the situation. Couldn't reccommend them enough.
